We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing and Operation Executive to manage pricing strategies and oversee daily operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate pricing, optimize operational workflows, and support sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and update product/service pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
Coordinate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Monitor daily operational activities, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
Maintain accurate records of pricing data, transactions, and operational metrics.
Support the sales team with pricing quotations and negotiations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Prepare reports on pricing trends, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
Assist in inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Prior experience in pricing, sales operations, or supply chain management preferred.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
