Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, PR, Business, or related field
1–2 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation (internships count)
Experience managing business accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube
Proficiency in social media management & analytics tools
Basic knowledge of graphic design & video editing (Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, CapCut, InShot)
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute social media & digital campaigns
Create weekly/monthly editorial content calendars
Produce and distribute blogs, infographics, videos, and press releases
Develop and implement content & digital marketing strategies
Track engagement and optimize campaigns for best results
Manage lead generation and nurturing
Create/edit graphics and video content for multiple channels
Run email campaigns to engage and retain clients
Conduct market research, surveys, and polls to identify target audiences and optimize strategies
Contribute to website redesign and optimization
Stay updated with industry trends and apply best practices
Participate in networking events to build brand awareness
