Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities related to mechanical, structural, and equipment installations
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure proper execution of works
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations on-site
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify work complies with standards and specifications
Resolve technical issues and provide solutions during construction activities
Monitor progress, update project schedules, and report on site performance
Manage material procurement, storage, and handling at the site
Prepare and maintain site documentation, including progress reports, inspection logs, and non-conformance reports
Assist in planning and sequencing of activities to optimize resources and timelines
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
Relevant technical certifications or training in construction management is a plus
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of site supervision experience in mechanical, structural, or equipment installation projects
Proven experience in construction of water treatment, infrastructure, or similar projects is preferred
Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes

Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
Proficient in MS Office, site management software, and AutoCAD (if applicable)
