Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all joinery production activities
Manage the joinery workshop, ensuring optimal use of resources and materials
Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations
Evaluate and select suppliers and subcontractors for joinery materials and services
Oversee the installation process on-site, ensuring proper execution
Control costs, waste, and manage the production budget
Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation
Implement continuous improvement initiatives in production processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Wood Technology, or equivalent relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in joinery manufacturing and site installation, preferably in the UAE
Proven leadership experience in managing a joinery production team
Skills & Attributes:
Strong technical knowledge of joinery and carpentry techniques
Excellent planning and coordination skills
Good understanding of health and safety standards
