Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for fit-out projects
Manage contractual correspondence and negotiate variations and claims
Conduct cost control and value engineering exercises throughout the project lifecycle
Review and prepare tender documents and contracts
Monitor and report on project financial performance
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers regarding contractual and financial issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Conduct site visits and measurements to verify quantities and progress
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
Professional accreditation (RICS, CIQS, or equivalent) is preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of QS experience in fit-out or interior projects in the UAE
