Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise café staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
Monitor and control stock levels, ordering supplies as needed
Implement and maintain health and safety regulations
Oversee daily financial transactions and cash handling
Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the café
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Café Manager or similar role
