Responsibilities
Perform on-site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of firewalls, LAN, switches, routers, and access points (APs).
Handle ICT cabling and network infrastructure setup for enterprise and project sites.
Support the implementation of ICT solutions, including enterprise LAN/WAN deployment.
Collaborate with project managers and technical partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
Provide technical documentation, basic user training, and post-installation support.
(Preferred) Install and configure smart meters/IoT devices on-site as part of energy/utility projects.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in network installation, cabling, and ICT system deployment.
Hands-on skills in firewall installation, LAN setup, switch and AP configuration.
Familiarity with structured cabling, patch panels, and enterprise network environments.
Basic knowledge of IoT devices or smart meter installation is an advantage.
Problem-solving skills, ability to work independently on-site under pressure.
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is preferred.

Number of projects/sites successfully installed and delivered.
Installation quality and post-installation issue rate.
Timeliness of deployment compared to project schedule.
Customer and internal team satisfaction with technical support.
