We’re Hiring – Administrative Assistant
City University Ajman seeks a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help maintain smooth administration across departments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a variety of clerical tasks, communicating with staff and students, and keeping records accurate and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general clerical and administrative support to faculty and administrative teams.
• Manage routine documentation, filing, and record-keeping tasks with attention to detail.
• Assist with scheduling, basic correspondence, and coordination of day-to-day office activities.
• Support preparation of documents and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bilingual with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant administrative experience and a demonstrated ability to stay organized and efficient.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple routine tasks.
