Executive Secretary cum Personal Assistant
Job location : UAE
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role (preferably in construction/contracting industry)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive schedules, appointments, and communications
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence and documentation
• Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
• Support day-to-day office operations and coordination with departments
