Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety audits and site inspections.
Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure all personnel adhere to safety standards and practices.
Coordinate safety training sessions for staff.
Report on HSE performance and compliance to senior management.
Requirements:
Valid QID with transferable sponsorship.
Relevant safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
Strong experience in infrastructure and utilities projects.
Proven track record in managing site safety.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Immediate availability is preferred.
