Procurement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing procurement plans and strategies.
• Coordinate procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Process purchase orders and monitor inventory levels to support project operations.
• Collaborate with project teams to assess their procurement needs and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to suppliers, materials, or procurement processes.
