Key Responsibilities:
• Execute purchasing strategies to procure materials and services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Identify potential suppliers, evaluate offers, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Generate and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procurement policies.
• Track order status and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely supplies for construction projects.
• Maintain and update records of purchased items, prices, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with project managers to understand their procurement needs and timelines.
• Handle discrepancies and issues with suppliers to resolve problems effectively.
• Research market trends to anticipate purchasing needs and assist in budget planning.
