Description:
Supervise, assign, and monitor daily tasks of HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for HVAC systems (chillers, package units, split units, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, ducting systems, etc.).
Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to ensure HVAC systems are operating efficiently.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and client requirements.
Provide technical guidance and training to the HVAC team.
Prepare reports on maintenance activities, work orders, and manpower utilization.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments for smooth project execution.
Maintain proper records of spare parts, tools, and equipment usage.
Ensure timely response to breakdowns, emergencies, and service requests.
Monitor quality of work and enforce standards for safety, reliability, and efficiency.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and controls.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team of technicians.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to HVAC.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, engineers, and team members.
Problem-solving skills with quick decision-making ability during emergencies.
Computer literacy (MS Office, CMMS or similar maintenance software).
