Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical teams on project sites.
• Ensure all electrical installations and maintenance activities are performed in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage materials and equipment inventory effectively.
• Provide technical guidance and training to electrical team members.
• Prepare reports on project status, progress, and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with other project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical supervision within the UAE.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE electrical standards, codes, and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate electrical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment and tools.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
