Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or large facility.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and equipment.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Prior experience with staff scheduling and training.
Relevant certifications in hospitality or facilities management are a plus.
