Hiring – Admin Executive (UAE Experience Required)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team and support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will have solid UAE experience in an administrative role—preferably within a group of companies—strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and professionalism.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in administration or operations.
Proven experience working in admin & operations (experience within a group of companies is a plus).
Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to prepare professional presentations and reports.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Currently available in the UAE and ready to join promptly.
Key Responsibilities (typical duties):
Handle general office administration and maintain accurate records.
Prepare presentations, reports and documentation for internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Support vendor communications, meeting coordination and follow-up on action items.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks that improve office efficiency and team productivity.
