Position Summary:
The Mini Excavator Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a mini excavator to perform digging, trenching, grading, and other earthmoving tasks on construction or landscaping sites. The operator must hold a valid T?V operating license to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a mini excavator to dig trenches, foundations, and holes according to project plans and specifications.
Load, unload, and move materials such as soil, gravel, and debris.
Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance on the excavator to ensure safe operation.
Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and T?V regulations while operating equipment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks on time and within budget.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Report any equipment issues or safety hazards promptly.
Qualifications:
Valid TV operating license for mini excavators is mandatory.
Proven experience operating mini excavators or similar heavy machinery.
Knowledge of excavation techniques and ability to read site plans is preferred.
Strong focus on safety and adherence to operational protocols.
Physical ability to operate machinery and work in outdoor conditions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
