Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise foundation works at the construction site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution.
Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Review and approve material deliveries and work procedures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Manage and guide site staff and labor force effectively.
Identify and resolve technical problems on-site related to foundation works.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in foundation works, preferably in telecom or large infrastructure projects.
Valid Saudi Driving License.
Transferable Iqama.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.
