Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-insulated ducting production
• Strong knowledge of HVAC duct fabrication and PIR panel processing
• Experience in factory operations, labor management, and production planning
• Proficiency in ERP software and production tracking systems
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
