Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Monitor manufacturing processes to identify and resolve quality issues.
Document quality inspection results and maintain quality records.
Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
Conduct supplier quality audits and assessments.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Continuously improve quality management systems.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and quality assurance methods.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with quality-related software is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
