Key Responsibilities
– Welcome and assist customers, creating a premium boutique experience.
– Understand client needs and recommend bespoke floral and gift arrangements.
– Confidently share product knowledge and guide customer decisions.
– Deliver personalized service aligned with our luxury brand standards.
– Manage sales transactions accurately through POS systems.
– Maintain a clean, elegant, and inviting store environment.
– Support visual merchandising and creative product displays.
What We’re Looking For
– Female candidates preferred.
– Fluent in Arabic & English (verbal & written).
– Prior UAE experience in perfumes, luxury retail, hospitality, or flower shops highly preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional, approachable, and customer-focused.
