Project Manager

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects across residential and commercial communities.
• Develop project scope, budgets, schedules, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual and SLA requirements.
• Liaise with government authorities (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, RERA, DEWA, etc.) for approvals and certifications.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and snags; ensure timely resolution and reporting.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and updates for clients, senior management, and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet Kaizen’s standards for quality, sustainability, and customer experience.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project execution and facilities management.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations, codes, and approval processes.
• Professional certifications (PMP) preferred.
• Proven experience in contractor/vendor management and community project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
