Real Estate Sales Consultant
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.
• Conduct property viewings and present features and benefits of available properties to prospective buyers.
• Prepare and present offers and negotiate sales agreements while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and strategies to promote properties effectively.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activity, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Participate in networking events and industry functions to build relationships and enhance the company’s presence in the market.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market, including trends and property values.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Outstanding negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance standards in the UAE.
