• Field operation and maintenance of Telecom networks (Transport, IP Switching, Mobile) networks
• Handle Fixed Network Operation & Maintenance activities
• Traffic (Provision, Cessations, Re-routing).
• Network failures due to traffic & Hardware.
• Network Planned outages/hazardous.
• Network hardware inventory & associated fixed asset.
• Network hardware repair & return process.
