Overview
We are hiring a hands-on Google Ads Specialist to run performance-focused campaigns for EdTech products and online learning platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical know-how across Google Ads ecosystems with a results-oriented approach to scale lead generation while optimising acquisition costs and lifetime value.
Core Responsibilities
Search Campaigns: Perform in-depth keyword research and intent mapping for student and parent segments; write high-converting ad copy; implement structured campaign architectures (SKAGs where appropriate), refine match types and bidding strategies.
Display & Retargeting: Plan and execute display campaigns across the funnel; design audience strategies using in-market and custom intent segments; run A/B tests on creatives and CTAs; build retargeting flows to nurture and re-engage prospects.
Gmail Sponsored Ads: Create and optimise Gmail ad units tailored to student/parent triggers; personalise messaging by behavioural and demographic signals to improve open and click-through rates.
Measurement & Analytics: Implement and validate conversion tracking, multi-touch attribution models and data-layer tagging; use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio to derive actionable insights.
Campaign Optimisation & Reporting: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, adjust bids and creatives for efficiency; prepare clear performance reports and communicate results to stakeholders.

Preferred Background
2–4 years of performance marketing experience, ideally running campaigns for EdTech or online learning platforms.
Candidates from insurance, banking, immigration sectors are also considered, but EdTech experience will be prioritised.
Demonstrable track record of scaling lead generation while improving Cost-per-Acquisition (CAC) and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
Strong understanding of B2C and B2C2 funnel dynamics within education markets.
