Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and budget constraints
Coordinate project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
Manage project risks and resolve issues promptly
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements
Prepare and present project reports and documentation
Foster effective communication among all stakeholders
Requirements:
15+ years UAE experience in building and infrastructure projects within a consultancy environment
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
