Logistics Coordinator
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate transportation and delivery of goods.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate records of inventory and logistics activities.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transport providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance, costs, and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline supply chain processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (ERP systems preferred).
• Knowledge of UAE import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
