Junior Admin Assistant
Job Location : Kuwait
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and record keeping
• Serve as the point of contact for internal departments and external vendors
• Support HR and operations in managing staff documentation, attendance records, and leave tracking
• Handle procurement and inventory control of office supplies and club-related materials
• Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Assist with event coordination, meeting preparation, and logistics for VIP guests or members
• Ensure office and administrative procedures are efficient, professional, and aligned with the luxury brand image
• Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as required by management
• Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and other support services as required
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role,
• preferably in the hospitality, leisure, or luxury services sector
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
