Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily cash transactions, including receipts and disbursements.
Prepare and process payroll and staff payments accurately and timely.
Maintain cash balances and perform cash count reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with cash handling policies and security procedures.
Record and document all financial transactions accurately.
Assist in preparing cash flow reports and bank deposits.
Support audits related to cash and payroll transactions.
Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or higher; accounting or finance qualification preferred.
Previous experience as a cashier, paymaster, or in cash handling roles.
Strong numerical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and cash management systems.
Trustworthy with high integrity and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
