The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing innovative solutions to enhance production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Design and develop new processes or modify existing ones to increase productivity and quality.
Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance.
Develop and document process procedures, standards, and work instructions.
Monitor process performance using key metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical support for production teams.
Lead process validation and commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing projects.
Prepare technical reports and documentation for process changes and improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of process simulation, CAD software, and production equipment.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
