Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and coordinate electrical BIM models across all project stages.
– Perform clash detection, issue tracking, and multidisciplinary coordination.
– Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan, project standards, and LOD requirements.
– Develop parametric Revit families, templates, and schedules.
– Automate processes using Dynamo, Revit API, or scripting tools.
– Manage data consistency, IFC/COBie deliverables, and interoperability with other platforms.
– Support project teams, mentor junior engineers/BIM technicians, and liaise with stakeholders.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
– 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering consulting.
– Strong knowledge of electrical design principles (load estimation, cable sizing, lighting, grounding, etc.).
– Familiarity with international codes & standards (IEC, NEC, NFPA, SBC, BS).
– Advanced Revit MEP skills (family creation, worksets, phasing, linked models).
– Experience with Navisworks Manage (clash detection, coordination).
– Proficiency in Dynamo, Python, C#, VB, and Revit API is a strong advantage.
– Knowledge of BIM data management (parameters, schedules, COBie/IFC).
– Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
– Experience with BIM 360 / ACC or other CDE platforms.
– Previous experience in mega projects or multidisciplinary coordination.
– Familiarity with automation workflows and database integration.
