Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve steel detailed drawings and fabrication procedures.
Monitor fabrication and erection activities on-site and in the workshop.
Ensure compliance with design standards, codes, and project specifications.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams.
Conduct site inspections and structural assessments.
Resolve technical issues related to steel structures.
Ensure safety procedures are followed during all activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
10+ years of experience in steel structure design, fabrication, and erection, preferably in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
Strong understanding of structural analysis, design codes, and standards.
Experience with structural software (e.g., Tekla, STAAD, AutoCAD).
Good leadership and communication skills.
GCC experience is preferred.
