Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to maximize F&B revenue and profitability.
Lead, motivate, and manage the F&B team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Oversee the operational performance of all F&B outlets and services.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
Collaborate with marketing to drive F&B promotions and events.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Ensure staff training and development to maintain service excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
10+ years of experience in F&B management, with a strong leadership background in luxury or upscale hospitality environments.
Proven track record of increasing revenue and managing large teams.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of F&B operations, cost control, and guest service standards.
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
