What You’ll Be Doing
– Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries, bookings, and quotes through phone and online channels. Proactively keep customers updated on the progress of their cargo
– Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve issues, escalate where required, and support corrective actions
– Reporting & Data: Input, validate, and prepare accurate reports and data analysis for process improvement
– Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth processes
– Compliance: Ensure all activities meet company procedures, relevant regulations, and deadlines
– Communication: Support process changes by preparing job aids, procedures, and delivering on-the-job training where needed

What We’re Looking For:
– Secondary education or equivalent
– Good communication and computer skills
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence
– Willingness to work rotational shifts (24/7 coverage) including weekends and nights from our office at DWC and report physically on-site.
– Experience in Cargo, Freight forwarding or Logistics is advantageous
