Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing functions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
Monitor progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly.
Educate patients and caregivers about communication strategies and exercises.
Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
Stay updated with current research and therapeutic techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid license or certification from relevant health authorities.
Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
