Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff.
Greet and assist customers, ensuring high standards of service.
Monitor the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the floor area.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Assist in training and mentoring new staff.
Manage stock levels and ensure proper display of products or service areas.
Collaborate with management to implement operational policies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality, retail, or F&B service.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
