Sales Executive
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients, including furniture manufacturers, interior designers, architects, and retailers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, exhibitions, and online platforms.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Regularly update clients on new product launches, promotions, and custom solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed sales reports for management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
• Stay updated on the company’s product offerings, including fabrics, designs, and customization options.
• Gather client feedback to suggest product improvements or new offerings.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of custom orders.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture, upholstery, or interior design industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of upholstery materials and industry standards.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
