Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor construction work on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project management teams.
Review and verify technical drawings, work schedules, and progress reports.
Ensure quality control and inspection of work performed.
Resolve technical issues and provide technical guidance to the construction team.
Monitor site safety and conduct safety briefings.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
8-15 years of experience in Oil & Gas or large infrastructure projects.
Extensive project experience in Qatar with no maintenance background.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
