Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate electrical installation work on site.
Ensure all electrical work complies with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Assign tasks to electrical technicians and monitor progress.
Inspect electrical installations, conduct quality checks, and verify testing and commissioning.
Coordinate with other discipline teams and site management.
Ensure safety procedures are followed and lead safety toolbox talks.
Prepare daily work reports and assist in progress documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
8-15 years of experience in Oil & Gas or large infrastructure projects.
Extensive project experience in Qatar with no maintenance background.
Strong leadership, technical, and safety knowledge.
Good communication and organizational skills.
