Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update the HR database and employee records
• Track document expiries (passports, CPRs, RPs) and notify employees accordingly
• Coordinate overseas recruitment and assist in immigration and contract processing
• Handle NPRA updates, CPR scheduling, and NOC requests
• Support exit interviews and clearance formalities
