Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise civil engineering activities on-site and in design.
Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget.
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and documentation.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and workers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Civil Engineer in construction and roads projects.
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and standards.
Leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
