We are looking for candidates for the below position:

- Procurement Engineer.

▪️ Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for sourcing suppliers and sub-contractors.
· Maintaining approved suppliers list.
· Processing requisitions by sending enquiries and receiving quotations.
· Conducting technical review of offers with assistance from operations, if required.
· Supplier analysis and negotiations.
· Creating comparisons and obtaining relevant approvals.
· Liaise between suppliers and projects on production capacities, readiness & material supply.
· Working closely with vendors on shipment/delivery schedules and ensuring that all required shipping documents are prepared in accordance with customs requirements.
· Dealing with freight and clearance companies are required.
· Practicing material cost reduction on procured material.
· Preparing and distributing reports as requested.

▪️ Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
· Minimum of 10 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in the oil and gas sector.
· Proficiency in Purchasing / Negotiation / Strong Communication Skills / Honesty & Integrity / Organizational skills / Computer Skills.
· Based in Kuwait & Transferable residency.
· Can join within a month.
