Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers in preparing project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Coordinate project activities across various teams and stakeholders.
Assist in monitoring project progress and reporting on status updates.
Help identify project risks and support mitigation strategies.
Facilitate effective communication among team members and clients.
Ensure adherence to Colain’s quality standards and policies.
Support procurement and vendor management processes as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field.
3 years of experience in project coordination or management support.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office.
