Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
2+ years of front office supervisory experience in a luxury/hotel environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, Fidelio).
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Customer-focused with a professional and friendly attitude.
