Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance and repair activities.
Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure quality work.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and asset inventories.
Support space planning and allocation.
Respond to facilities-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Assist in budgeting and procurement for facilities-related needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in facilities management or related field.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of safety and building regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills.
