• Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or large facility.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Prior experience with staff scheduling and training.
• Relevant certifications in hospitality or facilities management are a plus.
