Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and oversee comprehensive maintenance activities for NWC’s buildings and facilities.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for buildings, structures, and associated systems.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource plans for building maintenance operations.
• Serve as the primary liaison with NWC, ensuring compliance with their operational and maintenance standards.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise maintenance teams and subcontractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all maintenance activities.
• Monitor building conditions, prioritize maintenance tasks, and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Facility Management.
• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Building Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, or related fields.
• Previous experience working with NWC or similar government/utility clients is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in building maintenance management, preventive maintenance strategies, and maintenance best practices.
• Strong knowledge of KSA regulations, HSE standards, and building maintenance protocols.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and project scheduling tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
