Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
Coordinate with project managers and site teams to define project milestones and deadlines.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays.
Analyze project data and prepare progress reports.
Assist in resource planning and allocation.
Identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
Ensure project activities align with contractual timelines and budgets.
Review and validate project schedules and timelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5 years of experience in project planning or scheduling.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
