Requirements:
βœ… Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering, or related field
βœ… Professional certifications preferred: CFM / FMP / NEBOSH / IOSH / PMP
βœ… 5–10 years of proven experience in facilities management (medium to large-scale operations)
βœ… Strong knowledge of CMMS software
βœ… Experience in MEP, Fire & Life Safety, Soft Services, Security, and HSE compliance
βœ… Vendor/Sub-contractor management & BOQ preparation
βœ… Exposure to high-demand sectors (banking, healthcare, industrial)
βœ… Oman market knowledge is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:
πŸ”Ή Oversee facility operations, preventive maintenance, and upgrades
πŸ”Ή Ensure compliance with HSE & regulatory standards
πŸ”Ή Manage budgets, cost control, and service delivery
πŸ”Ή Build & maintain strong client and vendor relationships
