Permanent / Temporary (with Secondment).

-Maintaining the Store in accordance with Store Management Procedure, Workflows, and Proper Documentation to ensure that no discrepancies in physical/CAFM stock quantities, specifications, and storage locations.
-Ensure the Store and Open yards are in line with the Store Management, Safety, and housekeeping procedures.
-Responsible for material deliveries to the Store and making sure that all the relevant documents are prepared and managed.
-Preparation of Letters and other correspondence related to the timely deliveries of Contractual Spare Materials by the Contractors.
-Conducting and coordinating the Periodical Store Inventory checking, counting & internal audits in accordance with the Bin allocation and labelling.
-Sound knowledge of CAFM, MS Excel, and Word.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or equivalent experience.
-Min. 5 years of experience in the same role.
-Experience in Facility and maintenance company industry.
-English Communications, Arabic is a plus.
